Blue, Brown and Green – What goes in which bin, what happens to the contents and future waste collection services
Our next Green Drinks evening will take place upstairs at the Great Haywood Sports & Social Club from 7.30 pm. All welcome.
Becky Martin, Stafford Borough Council’s Assistant Contracts Manager (previously Waste & Recycling Officer) and Graeme Smith, Veolia Business Manager for the Stafford Borough Council Contract will speak and answer questions about the Council’s current ‘Recycling Scheme’ and take a look at future waste collection services.
Why we have bins, what should go in them, where the contents go and future waste collection services will be Becky’s focus while Graeme will tell us what happens ‘behind the scenes’ to ensure that approx. 4 million bins a year are emptied across the Borough.
