How can we best relocalise food production?
Following up recent month’s Green Drinks themes of how we can start to relocalise our economy, Diana Smith will tell us about the local network she is building across Staffordshire to start rethinking our food systems. This network includes farmers, food producers, people involved in food banks, and in public health, council members, environmental groups, community builders, voluntary sector, and people who just want to eat better food.
